About this public demonstration

The terrain is a cropped and simplified sample with local coordinates and a shifted elevation datum. The driveway and building area are generic demonstration geometry. Client identities, property boundaries, addresses, original plans, and private project links are omitted.

Quantities compare finished grade with existing ground only within the displayed terrain. They exclude stripping, pavement, foundations, wall excavation, shrink/swell, and soil suitability. No export or import recommendation is made. The model does not evaluate drainage, fire apparatus swept paths, slope stability, or structural wall design.
